Chicken Cafreal Description





 Cafreal is a Hot and Spicy Chicken prepared and consumed widely in the Indian State of Goa. The preparation is originally from Portuguese colonies, which was introduced by portuguese and the african soldiers serving under the Portuguese.

The preparation includes green chillies, coriander leaves, onion, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, pepper, chilli,mace, cloves, and lime juice or vinegar. Chicken Cafreal is always made with Chicken Legs which are flavored with herbs and spices and then shallow fried. It is usually accompanied with potato wedges and lime wedges. It is popular dish in Bars.
